THE LABANGAL National High School in General Santos City received musical instruments worth P500,000 from the International Container Terminal and Service Foundation Inc.

The instruments included Bajo de arco, three classical guitars, six bandurrias, four octavinas and two piccolos.

The high-end instruments were handmade by Jay D. Sarita, Chief Executive Officer of Top Note Music Center.

The school thanked ICTSI Foundation for the donation and called it “a blessing from above.”

The musical instruments were received by School Head Dr. Ma. Teresa Dinero, along with Coordinators Henry Balbon and Rhea O. Agor, Information Officer Sefarin Villodres and L’yangan Rondalla Coach Guinevier Alloso.

Sheryl Cabugnason, a representative of ICTSI Foundation, Inc. attended the turnover ceremony.
