THE SCHOOLS Division of Baguio City conducted its Annual Service Award Program and Family Day recently to recognize the teaching and non-teaching employees of the Department of Education who have rendered continuous service to the department.

The awarding was held on December 18, 2020 with the theme “Unwavering Christmas Spirit Amidst the Pandemic.”

The annual event aims to strengthen the “bond and camaraderie” among the  teaching and non-teaching personnel.

DepEd Cordillera Administrative Region Director Estela Cariño led the event. Other DepEd officials and Vice Mayor Hon. Faustino Olowan were also present.

Meanwhile, DepEd CAR also conducted a workshop on the Adjustment of the 2021 Regional Education Plans to ensure that its regional office programs, activities and projects are streamlined with the specified Key Results Areas of each division.

The workshop was conducted to determine how to best utilize the shared resources of each division to ensure that all can deliver inclusive and equitable learning opportunities to children.
