THE PROFESSIONAL Regulation Commission rescheduled the licensure examination for dentists.

The commission said the exam’s practical phase was reset to May 10 to 17.

The previously-announced date was May 8 to 15, but had to be moved due to the national and local elections.

Meanwhile, the deadline for filing of applications for the DLE practical phase has been extended until April 22.

Section 7 of Republic Act 8981 or PRC Modernization Act of 2000 empowers the PRC to administer and conduct the licensure examinations of the various regulatory boards in accordance with the rules and regulations it may promulgate – to determine and fix the places and dates of exams.
