FORMER SENATOR VOWS TO DONATE HIS SALARY TO FUND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
FORMER Senate President and Alyansa senatorial bet Vicente “Tito” Sotto III has vowed to donate his entire Senate salary to fund scholarships for underprivileged students, should he win a seat in the May 2025 elections.
Sotto made the campaign promise during a rally held in Pampanga.
The campaign event was hosted by Pampanga local officials, led by Governor Dennis Pineda, for 11 administration senatorial bets.
Only senatorial bet Panfilo “Ping” Lacson was absent from the campaign activities in the province.
Pampanga ranks as the eighth province with the highest number of registered voters for Eleksyon 2025, with a total of 1,674,789.
