SANGGUNIANG Kabataan Chairman Lois Araullo, of Bgy. 634, Zone 64, District VI, Manila, distributed school supplies to students for the incoming school year.

The school supplies include notebooks, ball pens, pencils, highlighters, erasers, correction tapes, rulers, yellow papers, among others.

Meanwhile, SK Chairman Ara Jean Magallenes, of Bgy. 741, Zone 80, District V, Manila also provided personal hygiene kits and vitamins to grade schoolers.

The hygiene kits include vitamins, alcohol, face mask and Safeguard soap, among others.

SK Chairman Bryan Bab Bacongol, of Bgy. 333, District III in Manila, allocated 220 laptop/tablet desks for students to use in their online classes.

Netizens applauded the donations of the SK heads alongside with Mayor Isko Moreno’s pronouncement to distribute devices such as laptops and tablets with internet connectivity as classes shift to online.

The Department of Education reiterated that it is ready to resume classes on August 24 using a blended learning approach.
