IACADEMY RECEIVES AWARDS FROM INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MAGAZINE
THE iACADEMY added a feather to its cap when a United Arab Emirates-based magazine awarded the school for its innovation in education.
The International Business Magazine tagged iAcademy as the Best New School for Music Production and Technology in the Philippines and Most Innovative Design School and Most Innovative Education Provider in the country for 2021.
“This marks our 3rd recognition as the Most Innovative Education Provider in the Philippines. As a school, we are always fine-tuning our mission to provide game-changing education to our students. Essential to iACADEMY’s success was the uncompromising dedication of our teachers and students and the enormous support of industry partners both local and international who work tirelessly to stretch the existing capabilities of our Game Changers,” iAcademy President and CEO Vanessa Tanco said.
To ensure learning continuity during the pandemic, iACADEMY rolled out an alternate program for students who are inclined to self-paced autonomous learning.
iACADEMY offered DRIVE or Design for Remote, Individualized, and Versatile Education for Senior High School. It provides a fully asynchronous learning setup that gives the students the liberty to study at their own pace and time.
Meanwhile, to help fill the shortage in cloud professionals especially during the pandemic, iACADEMY also offered a program in Cloud Computing under the School of Computing.
The school partnered with Amazon Web Services for this.
