LGUs SUSPEND CLASSES DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

MANILA — Several local government units (LGUs) have announced the suspension of classes on July 3 due to inclement weather.

The following areas have issued class suspensions:

Valenzuela City – Online and in-person classes from kindergarten to senior high school (public and private); in-person classes for college (public and private)

Pasig City – In-person classes from kindergarten to senior high school, Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), and Alternative Learning System (ALS) (public and private)

Muntinlupa City – Morning classes (kindergarten); afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

Las Piñas City – All levels (public and private)

Malabon City – Morning classes until 10:00 a.m. for public elementary and secondary schools; classes to continue via Alternative Delivery Mode

Marikina City – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

Caloocan City – Kindergarten to senior high school, ECCD, and ALS (public and private)

Pateros – All levels (public and private)

Quezon City – Afternoon face-to-face classes in public schools for Child Development Care Centers, kindergarten, Grades 1–12, and ALS

Mandaluyong City – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

Parañaque City – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

San Juan City – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

Manila – Kindergarten to senior high school (public and private)

Pasay City – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

Taguig City – Afternoon classes (all levels)

Pandi, Bulacan – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)

Aparri, Cagayan – All levels (public and private)

Camalaniugan, Cagayan – All levels (public and private)

Cavite – All levels (public and private)

San Pedro, Laguna – Afternoon classes (all levels, public and private)
