MORE than 1,000 young Valenzuelanos are unleashing their creativity through this year’s summer arts workshop.

Titled Arts In The City: Valenzuela Arts Workshop, the program is being held at the Valenzuela City Academic Center for Excellence (ValACE).

A total of 1,070 kids have enrolled in the free workshop, which runs from April 21 to June 1, 2025.

Participants receive hands-on training in various artistic disciplines, including dance, singing, acting, visual arts, and playing musical instruments.

Guided by 27 talented and passionate mentors, the workshop aims to nurture creativity and self-expression among the youth.

Through the mentors’ guidance, young learners are encouraged to explore and grow their artistic potential.

This city-led initiative highlights Valenzuela’s commitment to youth development and cultural enrichment, offering accessible opportunities for children to develop new skills and thrive in the arts.

The annual workshop remains a popular summer program, drawing enthusiastic participation and helping promote a vibrant local arts scene.
