AFTER two years of distance learning, the Sorsogon State University has resumed face-to-face classes.

Midwifery students were the first to go back to their classrooms on Monday for laboratory lessons.

The university was allowed to hold in-person classes after its campus was thoroughly i inspected by government officials last December.

The Commission on Higher Education requires schools hoping to conduct face-to-face classes to have a high vaccination rate, retrofitted classrooms, and approval of the concerned local government unit.

Students are required to have insurance coverage.
