Brief Description of BS Esports

The Bachelor of Science in Esports offers two tracks: Esports Management and Game Design and Development. BS Esports focuses on the beauty of intricate architectural programming and the challenging world of game management.

Here’s What You Need to Prepare:

Your Own PC or Laptop that is able to run programming applications.

In simple terms, you need to have the appropriate hardware. While it is true that you can take the classes via mobile phones, the application part demands students to have their own laptop to run the program. Fear not, there are different ways for students to acquire gadgets with commendable specifications via student loans offered by CHED Student Loan Program, SSS Educational Assistance Loan Program, GSIS Education Loan, and Computer Loan Programs, Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan, LANDBANK I-STUDY Program, and BDO Personal Loan.

Other things to Look forward to:

During the webinar and launch of BS Esports, Tryke Gutierrez, CEO of Tier One Entertainment, mentioned that Tier One guarantees an internship program in Tier One entertainment with the partner institution, Lyceum of the Philippines. Mr. Gutierrez is positive that the Philippines is in the right market for this program and that someday it will produce graduates who are globally competitive in the information technologies industry.

How to Enroll in BS Esports:

Like in any other university, incoming students must prepare his/her academic records from their previous school, like secure a copy of PSA/NSO birth certificate, and the report card from the recent semester.

Tuition fee ranges from Php 40,000-47,000 per semester and accordingly, it is already inclusive of miscellaneous fees applicable FOR ALL PROGRAMS, including BS Esports. It may sound too much that is why LPU offers programs on INSTALLMENT basis, the minimum down payment is Php 5,000. The remaining balance can be paid monthly. In addition, LPU grants automatic scholarships to high school seniors who graduated as Rank 1, Rank 2, and Rank 3 of the SHS graduating class. The same goes for the editors-in-chief of their official school newspaper.
