LOS BAÑOS COMMUNITY TO HOLD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY WEEK
THE LOS Baños Science Community Foundation, Inc. will hold a virtual celebration of the De-partment of Science and Technology’s National Science and Technology Week on December 2-4, 2020.
The festival dubbed as ‘SyenSaya’ has been celebrated since 2008.
The LBSCFI has reached out to students, teachers and other members of the community and neighboring towns to uplift lives through science and technology.
SyenSaya will kick off at 9 a.m. on December 2. It will be streamed through the LBSCF’s Facebook page.
The opening program will feature the launching of the Virtual Wonderama exhibit.

The Virtual Wonderama exhibit will feature the curated multimedia resources about the technologies, programs, projects, and services offered by the 23 LBSCFI member agencies.
The exhibit will be open to the public starting December 2 through the LBSCFI website.
On December 3, there will be a Technology Forum or Techno-Forum titled “Food Security Challenges and Opportunities Under the New Normal,” with Dr. Eufemio Rasco Jr. of the National Academy of Science and Technology as the resource speaker.
