MORE THAN 400 UCC HONOR STUDENTS RECEIVE CASH INCENTIVES
A TOTAL of 406 Latin Honor Students from the University of Caloocan City or UCC received cash incentives from Mayor Dale Gonzalo ‘Along’ Malapitan in this year’s Recognition Ceremony held at Caloocan Sports Complex.
Each of the Cum Laude students received P5,000, while the Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude honors were given P10,000 and P15,000, respectively.
Malapitan congratulated all the UCC Honor students for their perseverance to finish their academic journey with flying colors. He also encouraged them to continue exhibiting the same values to achieve their dreams in life.
This is more of a challenge for you to always do the right thing even when facing the harsh realities of life,” he added.
The local chief executive likewise assured all the graduates that his administration’s support for them would not wane just because they had finished their schooling.
