THE DEPARTMENT of Education has renewed its partnership with key educational stakeholders to enhance student learning and support teacher development.

In a ceremony held on November 4, Education Secretary Sonny Angara was joined by Petron Representative Cecille L. Ang and REX President, Atty. Dominador Buhain.

DepEd’s renewed partnership with Petron Corporation and Petron Foundation, Inc. underscores its dedication to advancing education across the nation through major advocacy programs, including the Tulong Aral ng Petron Elementary and High School Assistance Program, Petron School, and Brigada Eskwela.

In addition, DepEd’s collaboration with Resources for Educators and Academic Professionals will provide professional development modules certified by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines.

“These modules are designed to enhance professional skills, contribute to societal and national development, and boost individual confidence, overall performance, productivity, and morale,” DepEd stated.
