CALOOCAN OPENS CO-WORKING HUB FOR STUDENTS, WORKERS

/ 23 April 2026

THE CALOOCAN City Government has officially launched a new co-working space designed to support students, researchers, and employees in need of a quiet and accessible place to study or work.

Called Caloocan Connect, the facility is located on the fifth floor of Caloocan City Hall–South and is now open to the public.

The hub offers a range of free amenities, including Wi-Fi access, printing services, light snacks, and designated spaces for group discussions and conferences.

Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo Malapitan said the initiative aims to address the shortage of suitable workspaces for many residents.

He added that the facility is intended to provide direct support and promote productivity by offering a safe and conducive environment.

The mayor also reminded visitors to observe proper decorum to maintain a peaceful atmosphere inside the facility.

Caloocan Connect is open from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visitors are required to present a valid ID upon entry.
