PUP TO DISTRIBUTE GADGETS TO STUDENTS
THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines announced that it will give SIM cards, portable WiFis and tablets to students who need gadgets for distance learning.
The university has started accepting applications in all its branches and campuses. However, priority will be given to students who are not yet scholars.
The school will hand out 500 pieces of Smart 5G SIM cards, 200 portable WiFi units and 45 tablets.
The distance learning aid for students was donated by Arga-J Pure Bliss Incorporated and Redberg Companies whose chief executive officer and operations manager are PUP alumni.
An acceptance form will be issued by PUP’s Scholarship and Financial Assistance Services to the chosen students for proper documentation.
The gadgets will be delivered to the residential addresses of the beneficiaries through the official courier of PUP.
