PLM IMPLEMENTS ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT
THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila will adopt alternative work arrangements from June 27-29 amid the preparations for the inauguration of President-elect Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr.
PLM President Emmanuel Leyco issued an order for all units to implement alternative work arrangements from Monday to Wednesday because the road closures will “cause travel difficulties for our students and employees.”
Leyco said that the offices of the Executive Vice President and the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs shall issue separate memorandums to clearly define work assignments and deliverables during the said period.
He noted that units performing essential functions are required to maintain a skeleton workforce inside the campus as deemed necessary.
“All personnel on alternative work arrangements shall ensure they are available and reachable during work hours,” Leyco said.
Meanwhile, both synchronous and asynchronous classes shall continue online during the dates mentioned.
Onsite work will resume on July 1.
Marcos will take his oath on June 30 at the National Museum.
