THE PANGASINAN State University signed a partnership agreement with the International Student Institute to increase PSU’s capacity to offer top-notch instruction to students from outside the Philippines.

Dr. Elbert Galas, PSU president, and Dr. Dexter Buted, vice president for administration and linkages, signed the Memorandum of Agreement with their counterparts from ISI, Korben Meng and Dr. Carl Zhulei, on August 17.

The MOA was signed for the PSU School of Advanced Studies and Doctor of Philosophy Programs for Faculty and International Student Mobility.

Also present during the signing were Dr. Sally Jarin, PSU’s director for International Linkages, Deputy Director Ms. Odessa Pacaul, Lingayen Campus Executive Director Dr. Renato Salcedo, Director for Extension Services Dr. Armando Junio, Director for Supply Offices John Quinto, and Head for Career and Skills Unit Dr. Regina Santos.

PSU said it continues to promote alliances to provide quality education and satisfactory service delivery in the national and international community.
