STUDENTS from the Centro Escolar University bagged numerous awards in the 2nd Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the Philippines National Skills Competition.

Sofia De Castro received the Diploma Award in Fruit and Vegetable Carving for the “Cocktail Mixing: The Talking Bartender.”

Airam Joy Evangelista was the Silver Awardee while Mikhaela Uson and Renei Ysabelle Pio Roda also got the Silver Award for Tour Packaging.

The students were guided by their coaches, Angelito Fanggo, Alpha Re Omega, Justine Mariella Abrigo, Chef Ventura Ermitanio and Thomas Ronerick Jao.

The team was led by Dean of School of Nutrition and Hospitality and Management Dr. Cecilia Uncad.

Meanwhile, Rey Jane Hulog and Denis Emanuelle Montales took home the Silver Award for Flight Attendant Showmanship.
