THE BATANGAS State University — the National Engineering University of the Philippines — produced its first-ever topnotcher in Nutritionist-Dietitians Licensure Examination (NDLE) 2023.

This was after Jeamalyn Mickha C. Asilo clinched the ninth spot in the said examination for the month of November 2023.

“Asilo’s achievement stands as both a personal triumph and a historic milestone for BatStateU, signifying the institution’s first-ever topnotcher in this licensure examination,” the university said.

Asilo secured the ranking among 1,219 examinees after she garnered an impressive average of 90.50 percent.

BatSU President Tirso Ronquillo said that the achievement of Asilo inspires the whole community as it highlights the strength of the university’s programs and the exceptional talents of their students.

“We look forward to nurturing more such talents, setting new benchmarks in the education of various fields,” Ronquillo added.

The university reiterated that the whole community rejoices in this achievement and it will reaffirm its duty to empower students in their chosen fields.
