THE ATENEO de Naga University has received P1,085,199 worth of scholarship assistance from the provincial government of Camarines Sur.

Governor Luigi R. Villafuerte turned over the check for the KaFuerte Scholarship Program to ADNU Treasurer Ronaldo D. Surara.

More than P8 million had been awarded to 914 students from 24 colleges and universities in Camarines Sur under the Kafuerte Scholarship Program.

The provincial government also gave assistance to students In 2021.

“The provincial government is eager to help the youth in realizing their dreams and achieving their goals,” it said.

“Education is the greatest equalizer in life, thus, various programs are being implemented in the province to support the education of its youth, such as its scholarship and educational assistance programs,” it added.
