Signed Common Goals

Last September 9, 2021, in spite of the ongoing pandemic and travel restrictions, the signing of their new partnership was pursued virtually and was aired via iACADEMY’S Facebook live.

iACADEMY and Temasek Polytechnic of Singapore signed a memorandum of understanding marking the start of the cross-institution project. The signing was led by Vanessa L. Tanco, President and CEO of iACADEMY; Peter Lam, principal and CEO of Temasek Polytechnic; Lim Chong Jin, Director School of Design Temasek Polytechnic his Excellency Joseph Del Mar Yap ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.

Achieving Essential Outcomes

Bilateral relationships between the Philippines and Singapore have become stronger since diplomatic relations were established in 1969. The Philippines and Singapore have strong bilateral ties in trade and business, human resource development, culture, and now and education.

The partnership’s goal is to foster student (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) exchanges, faculty exchanges, joint research projects, and more.

Expect that iAcademy and Temasek Polytechnic will deliver workshops and joint programs focusing on graphic designing, visual arts, motion graphics, to name a few. The first project, a 2-day virtual Collaborative Transformation Workshop, will take place on September 16-17. Temasek Polytechnic and iAcademy inspire to produce creative solutions in today’s industries.
