MANILA — Bring home the bacon, as the saying goes, and Filipino cue artists Carlo Biado, Rubilen Amit, and Johann Chua ruled the Predator World Teams 10-ball Championship in Klagenfurt, Austria on Sunday (Philippine time), bringing with them 40,000 euros or about P2.3 million.

The Philippines stunned Great Britain in the finals, 3-0, to grab its first title in the 24-team competition after placing second in the 2010 and 2014 editions of the World Team 10-ball Championship.

Amit crushed Kelly Fisher, 4-3, and Biado humbled Jayson Shaw, 4-3, in their respective singles matches.

He then teamed up with Chua in the mixed scotch doubles.
