Mark Alfafara noted that the men's volleyball team of the Philippines is no longer what they used to be before who are seen as a roster of “bugbog agad.”

The Filipino spikers were able to grab one victory out of their five matches and placed ninth out of the 10 teams joining the tilt.

Taking a look back, Alfafara scored eight points in the first two sets before sitting out the final two hours and 18-minute of their final game.

While Jao Umandal rose as the ace of the PH team after gunning the team in the five-set victory over CEB Sports Club of Sri Lanka and finished with a 28-point performance against the Sri Lankans.

Moreover, Alfafara shared that the Asian stint would be the opportunity for the team to set their break and his time to show what he got.

Andito na e. Pinigil na kami ng pandemic for two years tapos eto yung chance. Sabi nga namin maliit kami pero nakakapuwing pa rin,” Alfafara said.
