Two days after the International Dota 2 Championships wrapped up, the Filipino contingents are reportedly experiencing flight difficulties upon their return to the country.

The said report arose after Malacañang classified Romania as “high-risk” for COVID-19 and placed it on its “red list.”

With this, passengers from Romania will be denied entry into the Philippines from October 16 until October 31, 2021.

However, the International 10, Dota 2’s biggest annual event, was hosted from the 7th to the 17th of October.

Fnatic team director Eric Khor revealed in a tweet that DJ Mampusti of Fnatic, Raven Fausto and team staff Pau Bago, Evil Geniuses’ Abed Yusop, and T1’s Kuku Palad and Karl Jayme are among those players seeking to return to the Philippines.

He also added that most of the players’ flights are either on the 18th or 19th of October.
