“We would like to welcome onboard our Technical Coach/Analyst, Dan ‘Leo’ Cubangay,” Auster Force announced on its Facebook page on Wednesday.

Leo is one of the voices in the league as he is currently working as an esports broadcaster and previously had Radio DJ as his profession.

Signing as a technical coach and analyst to one of the MPL teams while simultaneously working for the league had caused uncertainty to some fans, however, Leo vowed to remain objective in his shoutcasting.

“I promise you this, when I am on camera during broadcast, I will do my best to be one hundred-percent fair and objective towards the entire league, the competition, and everyone involved,” Leo shared on his Facebook page.

“The production team, Moonton, and all the stakeholders have been informed. Certain arrangements have been made to accommodate my special role as both a shoutcaster and coach/analyst. I will work hard to give my all in both roles, in the right way,” he added.

Work Auster Force currently has 3 points and holds a 1-1 win-loss record in Group A and will be exchanging skills in the battle arena with Nexplay Esports as MPL-PH season seven returns action on April 9.
