COACH TAI BUNDIT RESIGNS AS ASSISTANT COACH OF PWNVT

Coach Tai Bundit has officially resigned from being a member of the coaching staff of the Philippine women’s volleyball team (PWNVT).

/ 19 August 2021

The new development has been announced by PNVF official Tonyboy Liao saying that Bundit tendered his resignation last Sunday, citing family reasons.

“Coach Tai tendered his resignation to the national team last August 15 due to an emergency,” Liao said.

“He’s thinking of his family that is based in Thailand, he won’t able to concentrate in his coaching.”

The decorated mentor is worried about the situation of his family as Thailand had over 20,128 cases on August 17 and averaging 21,784 over the week.

“Coach Tai’s kids are still young with one still in high school while the twins are still in grade school,” Liao explained as Tai will fly back to Thai today.

Also, Bundit’s post of Creamline Cool Smashers’ head coach is also set to crumble until things are settled down in his home.

“He won’t be able to coach Creamline as well for the possible second conference. He will wait for things to clear up in Thailand,” Liao shared.
