MORE CLASSROOMS TO BE BUILT IN BENGUET
MORE classroom buildings will be built in Benguet to accommodate students in the province, Lone District Representative Eric Yap said Sunday.
The lawmaker said that their goal this year is to give students a comfortable place for learning.
“Naniniwala tayo na para mas maging accessible ang edukasyon, dapat palakasin ang ating mga public schools,” Yap said.
He said a two-storey classroom building will be built in Tacadang National High School; three-storey in Ambangeg National High School; four-storey in Loo National High School; two-storey in Liang Primary School; three-storey in Gov. Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School; three-storey in Taneg Elementary School and two-storey in Indaoac Elementary School.
Aside from the infrastructure, the lawmaker said more students will also be assisted with scholarships.
“[M]as maraming scholars ang mabibigyan ng pagkakataon na makatanggap ng assistance galing sa pamahalaan lalo ang ating mga incoming college students,” he added.
