LA UNION LGU PARTNERS WITH DMMMSU TO HELP YOUNG JOBSEEKERS
THE PROVINCIAL government of La Union tied up with the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid La Union Campus to hold the Employability Enhancement Training to help 515 young jobseekers.
The activity was conducted last June 30 at the DMMMSU-MLUC Covered Court in City of San Fernando, La Union.
The Department of Labor and Employment – La Union Field Office and the Department of Migrant Workers – Regional Center for Luzon collaborated with PGLU to provide a venue for the event.
The local government vowed to continue supporting programs for the welfare of its constituents.
In his message in behalf of Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, Executive Assistant Dr. Eleazar Belgica said that the event aimed “to equip young job seekers, including fresh graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the competitive professional world.”
