THE BAGUIO City schools division lauded the achievements of several students who bagged awards in a writing competition.

The city division shared that Shanna Mae Baltazar of Baguio City National High School placed eighth in the Pag-uulo at Pagwawasto ng Balita.

Crystal Mae Punzalan of the Mabini Elementary School ranked third in the Pagsulat ng Lathalan in the same competition while Mary Angel L. Fianza of Crystal Cave Elementary School placed third in the regional essay writing contest in Filipino.

Vernone Bustarde of Pines City National High School ranked second in sports writing while Sofia Lorraine Dimaunahan of PCNHS placed second in the Malikhang Pagsulat.

The city’s schools division said that the individual and group awards and recognitions received by the students and schools will serve as an inspiration and motivation for others.
