TEACHERS TO GET P1K NATIONAL TEACHERS’ MONTH INCENTIVE

THE DEPARTMENT of Education will give P1,000 cash incentive to teachers as part of the celebration of National Teachers’ Month.
DepEd spokesperson Michael Poa said that the giving of the benefit is to honor teachers.
“We will continue with the P1,000 incentive para sa pagpupugay sa ating mga teachers,” he said.
The DepEd will also conduct program on National Teachers’ Day on October 5.
Earlier, Education Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio praised teachers for their sacrifices and hard work to give education to the youth, whether it be in-person or online.
