THE ALLIANCE of Concerned Teachers said that its members are ready to conduct limited face-to-face classes but it questioned the preparedness of the government.

“I think ang question nasa Department of Education tsaka sa government kung kaya nila,” ACT Secretary General Raymond Basilio said.

Basilio said the government might need to revisit its policy on the holding of face-to-face classes.

He cited the requirement of having to vaccinate students, saying it will be challenging given the limited supply of vaccines.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque on Thursday said that face-to-face classes should only be held in areas that had zero Covid19 cases.
