THE COMMISSION on Higher Education encourages Filipinos wanting to pursue graduate studies overseas to submit applications to the scholarship program of Khon Kaen University in Thailand.

CHED said the scholarship is offered to nationals of ASEAN Member States and the Greater Mekong Subregion who are interested in pursuing Master’s and Doctorate Degree in the following:

1. Health and Medical Sciences,
2. Veterinary Medicine,
3. Engineering, Fine and Applied Arts,
4. Food Technology,
5. Business Accountancy, and
6. Dentistry

Applicants must be nationals of ASEAN and GMS countries, must not be over 40 years of age on the date of application, have good English proficiency, and have good health physically and mentally for them to be eligible for the program.

He/she must also hold a bachelor’s degree if applying for a Master’s Degree level, while having Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree is required for applying Doctoral degree.

Deadline for filing of application is on January 27, while results will be announced on March 10.
