THE QUEZON City Public Library will be open for longer hours starting this week.

In a Facebook post, QCPL said its main library located at Gate 3 City Hall Compound, Diliman, Quezon City is open until 7 p.m.

“Also, all branch libraries are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except on selected branches which are open on Saturdays,” it said.

The following schedules will be observed:
• QCPL- Main Library
Open from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.); and every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• QCPL-Cubao Branch
Open from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• QCPL- Lagro Branch
Open from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• QCPL-Payatas Branch
Open from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and every Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitors are encouraged to follow the minimum health protocols.

The library was closed in March 2020 when strict quarantine measures were in place in the National Capital Region due to the pandemic. It reopened last October 2021.
