THE COMMISSION on Higher Education Region 1 appointed Dr. Rogelio T. Galera Jr. as the Director IV of the Administrative Financial and Management Services division of CHED Central Office over the weekend.

“I have left my comfort zone, but I am sure that I will grow further in my new workplace,” Galera said as he delivered his acceptance speech during the turn-over ceremony at CHEDCO, Diliman, Quezon City on Friday.

Atty. Septon A. De La Cruz, former AFMS director, is assigned as the director of Region 5.

Executive Director IV Atty. Cinderella Filipina Benitez-Jaro also expressed her congratulations to the new appointees and hopes the new positions would further enhance the leadership skills and competencies of the two directors.

Meanwhile, OIC-Director of CHEDROI Dr. Danilo B. Bose also received his official appointment as Chief Education Program Specialist also on Friday.

He also took oath at the CHED Central Office with along with Benitez-Jaro.
