/ 10 August 2026

THE MANILA City Government has distributed 350,736 bottles of YorMilk to 21,921 preschool learners enrolled in various Child Development Centers (CDCs) across the city as part of its continuing efforts to improve child nutrition.

The distribution is being carried out under the city government’s YorMilk Program, which provides milk supplementation to preschool children to help meet their nutritional needs during the crucial stages of early childhood development.

The city government said the program aims to promote the health and well-being of young Manileños by ensuring that children receive adequate nutrition as they begin their education.

It added that proper nutrition plays an important role in supporting children’s growth, development, and ability to learn, making milk supplementation an important component of its early childhood programs.

The continuing implementation of the YorMilk Program forms part of the Manila City Government’s broader efforts to strengthen child health and nutrition and support the development of young learners.

Through the program, the city government seeks to help provide preschool children with the nutritional support they need during their formative years.
