The ADMU landed in the 151-161 bracket.
Three other Philippine schools made it to the list of the 2022 Quacquarelli Symonds World University Graduate Employability Rankings — University of Santo Tomas at 251-300 spot, followed by De La Salle University and University of the Philippines at 301-500 bracket.
The ranking measured 550 institutions around the world.
In the 2020 edition of the global ranking, Ateneo was in the 161-170 bracket. It was in 181-190 in 2019.
Each of the universities was ranked on its ability to produce graduates with the “soft skills” required for the modern workplace.
“As the world recovers from the impact of the Covid19 pandemic, the importance of graduating with the skills and qualities required by modern employers has arguably never been greater,” the QS said.
Among the parameters used to calculate employability rankings are Employer reputation (30%), Alumni outcomes (25%), Partnerships with Employers per Faculty (25%), Employer/Student Connections (10%) and Graduate employment rate (10%).
The top 10 universities in the world for 2022 are:
