THE UNIVERSITY of Southern Mindanao released a new schedule of transacting with the university for vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals.

In a report by Kool FM, USM said that only clients with vaccine cards can transact with the university from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Unvaccinated individuals, on the other hand, can only transact from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.

The university said that the new directive is in pursuant of the new Inter-Agency Task Force Against Covid19 resolution which mandates government agencies to prioritize vaccinated individuals.

“Personnel without vaccination cards should inform upfront and verbally his/her clients on the status of his/her vaccination before the start of the transaction,” USM President Francisco Gil N. Garcia said in a memorandum.

“It is considered an informed decision of the risk. Clients with Covid19 vaccination cards may likewise request for frontline services to be facilitated only by vaccinated personnel,” he added.
