THE UNIVERSITY of Cebu’s School of Law conducted a series of activities for its faculty and staff in preparation for the first semester of Academic Year 2021-2022.

Personnel from the Office of the Dean attended the Staff Development Training and Team Building in Moalboal, Cebu while members of the faculty attended the two-day virtual Faculty Development Program.

The development program for faculty is held annually. Among the topics covered were “Mindfulness: Being Present in Your Work and Life” and “Understanding Blended Learning.”

The university said that faculty members play a significant role in the improvement of the students.

“We believe that faculty and staff development plays a critical role in the growth of the law school and improves the academic experience for professors and staff and ultimately the students. Faculty and employee vitality is the main ingredient to enhance professional education and competence,” it said.
