UNIVERSITY OF ANTIQUE RECEIVES EQUIPMENT FOR LABORATORY
THE UNIVERSITY of Antique received new equipment from the Commission on Higher Education for the modernization of its hot and cold laboratory.
UA said that the equipment will benefit students of its Hospitality Management program.
The equipment worth P15 million will help the university produce globally competitive graduates.
“It is high time that the laboratory is upgraded to provide students with first-hand experience of what and how to use a state-of-the-art kitchen laboratory facility,” Prof. Catherine Viesca said.
“With the growing number of students in the program, the well-equipped laboratory will help them develop the necessary competencies needed in applying for a job,” she added.
