THE POLYTECHNIC University of the Philippines launched its own Chatbot to ease transactions and get immediate reply from queries.

Dubbed ‘Sinta’, it will be live on Facebook and Messenger and reply in ‘real time’.

‘Sinta’ is the other name of which PUP is known for.

While still in its early phase, the university appealed to the public to use the Chatbot to connect to the university.

It added there’s still some adjustments needed while using it as it is still being polished to help with PUP’s virtual interaction.

Students, applicants, alumni, partner universities, visitors, and the media will be all accommodated by the bot in the coming months.

An application assessment for admissions to the university is among its latest development.
