NORSU PRESIDENT WARNS VS BOGUS SOLICITATION
NEGROS Oriental State University President Joel Limson warned the public against individuals using his name to solicit cash.
Limson said that the scammers who used his name were able to extort money from suppliers, contractors and even some of his friends and relatives.
The president said he has nothing to do with the individuals behind the bogus scheme.
“I would clarify that I have nothing to do with this and I would never do such actions, whatsoever,” Limson said.
The university urged the public to report to the authorities any information that would lead to the arrest of these individuals or contact the NORSU Security Management Office at (035) 225-6393 local 1140.
