NBSC TO DISTRIBUTE P1-M TO TOP 67 STUDENTS
THE Northern Bukidnon State College is set to distribute a total of P1 million to deserving students to help them with their educational needs.
According to the NBSC, the amount is set to be distributed to the top 67 regular students of the college.
The students must also have a good standing, no other scholarship grants, are poor, and were cleared and enrolled on time.
The amount is from the Tulong Dunong Program of the Commission on Higher Education, which aims to hand out cash to needy students.
This is one of CHED’s scholarship programs offered to Filipino students to help them with educational expenses and tuition, in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management.
“This scholarship program is extremely beneficial to Filipino students, especially those who cannot afford to go to college. That’s a great opportunity for Filipino students to complete their college degrees for free or to lessen their financial difficulty,” the CHED said.
