MMSU LAB SCHOOLS YIELD MORE THAN 300 GRADUATES, COMPLETERS

AMID the disruptions and unique challenges posed by Covid19 pandemic, the Laboratory Schools of the Mariano Marcos State University produced 126 graduates and 201 completers this year.

“Completers and graduates of MMSU Laboratory Elementary Schools and Laboratory High Schools in Laoag and Batac campuses received their certificates of completion, diplomas, and awards during the virtual moving up and graduation ceremonies last July 8,” the university said.

“Of the 201 completers, there were 63 nursery and 64 kindergarten pupils of LES-Laoag, while 50 and 24 were Grade 10 students of LHS in Laoag and Batac, respectively,” it added.

MMSU said out of the 126 graduates, 41 learners were from Laoag campus and 29 came from the Batac campus. It added 56 of the graduates in LHS were under the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics strand.

Leading the Class of 21 are Zion Charl Baguiao and Gabriel Jehiel Domingo of LES kindergarten; Jacob Miguel Flor and Jamaica Sacopaso of LES elementary (with highest honors award); and Cariza Joyce Ignacio and John Manuel Sanchez of LHS (with high honors award).

“We highly hope that our movers and graduates take pride in always holding high the green and gold,” Principal Dr. Bert A. Gamiao said.
