THE IFUGAO State University launched a Facebook page for mental health response to help its students cope with the difficulties brought by the Covid19 pandemic.

IFSU said that the page, IFSU Linggop, provides timely response from the school’s Mental Health Responders. It also promotes the mental health and well-being of its stakeholders.

The word ‘Linggop’ means ‘state of wellness’ in Ifugao province.

The university said struggling students can contact their respective campus counselor using the contact numbers provided on the school’s Facebook page.

“Because YOU matter, IFSU’s support is at your fingertips. We are just a chat and call away! If you need someone to talk to. Here we are to help,” IFSU said on Facebook.

The school said that it will conduct a webinar series tackling mental health.
