DLSU TO HOLD ITS FIRST CONFERENCE ON BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING
TO PROMOTE the importance of medical innovations, the De La Salle University will hold its first conference on biomedical engineering and health technologies from August 25 to 27.
The university’s Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Health Technologies will host “TeknoLunas: the 1st Philippine Biomedical Engineering and Health Technologies Conference and Exhibit.”
The event aims to emphasize the significance of commercializing and utilizing biomedical equipment and health innovations, in order to make them “available to their beneficiaries while also fostering diversity and creativity.”
Participants can also submit their research on Covid19 and biomedical devices and health technologies during the event.
The conference with the theme “Commercializing biomedical devices and health technologies for an inclusive and inventive Philippines,” with be held with the assistance of the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development.
The “TeknoLunas” will be open for free to members of the academe, industry, government, and research organizations.
