CAVITE STATE U EARNS ARTA SILVER AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE DELIVERY
THE CAVITE State University received the Anti-Red Tape Authority Report Card Survey Silver Award during the ARTA RCS Awards held recently at the Conrad Manila in Pasay City.
CvSU ranked third among 150 state universities and colleges surveyed, achieving a very satisfactory rating of 93.52% in the 2023 RCS 2.0 cycle.
The rating reflects CvSU’s strong compliance with Republic Act No. 11032, known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
The award was received by CvSU representatives, including Dr. Hernando D. Robles, immediate past president; Mr. John Xavier B. Nepomuceno, OIC of the Office of the University President; Dr. Almira G. Magcawas, Vice President for Planning and Development; and Dr. Melbourne R. Talactac, Vice President for Research and Extension.
Under RCS 2.0, ARTA evaluated government agencies based on quality of service and adherence to RA No. 11032, using indicators like compliance report submission, client satisfaction, and awards and recognitions.
