A CAGAYAN State University student claimed the top spot in the search for Best Business Model Canvas.

Veterinary medicine student Karl Denver Oyando bested other entries with his project proposal titled “Duck Farming: Utilizing Variations of Harvested product up to its full potential and marketing down to its cheapest price.”

Oyando received a P50,000 project grant from the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera Administrative Region.

The project is under DA-Cordillera’s “Kabataang Agribiz Grant Assistance Program.”

The department launched the program in April 2021 to provide young Filipinos with financial aid to establish enterprises that focus on crop and livestock production, fisheries, trading, processing, integrated farming, agricultural technology, among others.
