THE CAGAYAN State University-Carig campus paid tribute to its driver who died on Friday. He was 64 years old.

The campus offered its condolences to the family of Rodolfo ‘Dolphy’ Martinez, the university’s driver for 37 years.

“Today, the CSU Carig Campus family mourns the loss of another good soul who has served the University for 37 years with so much dedication and commitment — our well-loved, slow but sure driver, Tatay, Manong, Tito, Sir Dolphy,” CSU said on Facebook.

“Sir Dolphy, you will always be remembered and forever a part of the journey of CSU Carig. Your very comforting smile, your patience, and your safe driving made us enjoy our ride with you when you were still in the service. We will forever cherish those memories we had with you,” it added.

Netizens also offered their condolences to the family of Martinez.
