TWO alumnae of the Adamson University were among the top 10 passers in the Certified Human Resource Association assessment examinations this year.

Lara Monica Basquiña placed second with a rating of 92.25%. On the other hand, Olivia Ashley Marie Olasiman ranked fifth with a score of 90.75%.

The exams were virtually administered by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. on June 24.

Meanwhile, 11 other alumni of the university also passed the exams.

The Human Resource Educators Association of the Philippines Inc. said the overall passing rate was 80.33%.

The CHRA is a qualifying test for the HREAP’s certification programs.

Qualified to take the exams are graduates and graduating students of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management.

Others can also take the exam provided that they have one year HR-related experience.

The HREAP is a professional membership organization of human resource educators that focus on the development of human resource programs, academe-industry collaboration, research publication and learning and development.
