PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the groundbreaking ceremony for the new College of Allied Health Services building at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

The construction of this building aims to support the next generation of health professionals.

“Sa pagtatayo ng College of Allied Health Sciences Building, mabibigyan ng pagkakataon ang nakababatang henerasyon na aralin ang mga kursong pang-medisina. Sila po ang mga susunod na haligi ng ating sektor ng pangkalusugan,” the President said.

The government seeks to ensure that students in need have access to quality education.

The President also commended the launch of new PLM science courses, including Medical Technology and Radiologic Technology, and recognized 16 topnotchers and graduates of the health courses.

“Nawa’y magamit ninyo ang inyong natutunan upang maglingkod sa mga pasyente at mapagaan ang kanilang pinapasan. Kailangan kayo ng ating bansa,” he added.
